This is used to authorize order announcements.

The Access Token is generated by the Rabo Smart Pay, with the Refresh token. The Access Token is valid for up to 8 hours and can be used for multiple orders, if used within the 8 hours. Once the Access Token has expired, the first followup transaction will request a new Access Token using your Refresh Token.
